Amy comes to you with over ten years of experience helping people navigate difficult personal and professional relationships. Working with teenagers, young adults, singles, couples and the elderly, Amy has helped people deal with a wide variety of issues utilizing several techniques.
Amy works with people to discover their interior world. It is often difficult to put words to personal experiences that have shaped a person. Amy believes that people naturally work toward personal wholeness and relational intimacy. When wounds are experienced such as sexual or emotional abuse, life losses, divorce, and identity struggles, the desire to hide sets in rather than being available to give and receive love. Through a collaborative style of counseling, it is her desire that these wounds begin to heal. When experiences and wounds are brought into the light of what is true, healing begins. As healing begins, you can be freed to love yourself and others.
